I called and left a message for Paul on Friday around noon. He returned my call Saturday morning and made arrangements to be at my house at noon that very day. At 2 minutes BEFORE noon, he was standing at my door ready to go to work. I am not accustomed to this kind of punctuality, and I REALLY appreciated it.

The man could have taken 2-3 hours to clean my rain gutters, but when he looked at my house he said he didn’t think it would take more than an hour to do the work. He finished in just less than one hour, including repairing the caulking around an air vent. This man is punctual, polite, knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient, and courteous.

We have always dreaded having various tasks hired out, like replacing fixtures, repairing the doorbell, etc., but not any more! I will call Paul first and not need to worry. I even believe he would inform us if he is not the man for the task.

I did a major cosmetic remodel on a Foreclosure that I bought in Templeton, Ca. I hired Paul for 5 days to help me. He was great. Knew how to do electrical, plumbing, installing baseboard, painting he did it all. I will hire him again for any job around the house. Hire Paul for your next job, he is the BEST!

My wife and I are new to this area and live in a senior community. We first contacted Paul to wash our windows. We were happy with his work and had him do a few more odd jobs. By that time we had some larger projects in mind like refinishing our countertops and laying new flooring. The list grew as we realized that at our ages we were not able to do much of what we wanted done. Paul has become like one of the family. We continue to add to our list of items for him to do.
He takes great pride in his work and is not satisfied until it meets his high expectations. He has a wide range of skills and can do a lot of different jobs, which is great for us. His hourly rate is quite reasonable.

I have used Paul several times. He is reliable, honest and does a good job. The most recent job I have used him for involved him purchasing a water heater and toilet. Paul then installed them for me and hauled away the old ones. I have used him in the past for interior painting and hanging light fixtures. My brother is about to use him for exterior painting and deck repairs.

Paul is a wonderful handyman, very professional and on-task with all that he does. He is very punctual and will call you if there are any delays or problems. He works fast and is extremely neat and clean. Paul installed ceiling fans and a decorative ceiling plate for me as well as installing new door hardware, hanging a large wall tapestry, connecting a remote to my ceiling fans and ran cable in the attic to connect a TV in my kitchen. In the future, I plan to convert my carport into a exercise room and will definitely have Paul do the work. His prices are reasonable and affordable.
